While we do our best to represent our products as accurately as possible through images on our website and social media platforms, there are a few important points we’d like our clients to be aware of.
Product Images & VariationsAll images displayed are intended as a visual guide only. Because our couches are custom manufactured, sizes, proportions, stitching details and finishes may vary slightly depending on the specifications selected.
Fabric colours and textures can also appear different due to:
  • Natural and artificial lighting
  • Screen settings on different devices
  • Photography and image editing
For this reason, images may not always reflect the exact look or scale of the final product.

  • How long is the manufacturing period for a couch? 
​Our standard manufacturing period is approximately 2–4 weeks, depending on current workload and peak production periods.
While delays are not common, should there be any unforeseen changes to your estimated lead time, we will communicate with you promptly and keep you informed every step of the way.
We pride ourselves on reliable turnaround times while maintaining the quality and craftsmanship we are known for.
  • Do you offer re-covering services?
Yes, we do offer re-covering services.
To request a quote, simply send us:
  • An image of the item you would like re-covered
  • Confirmation of whether you would like it re-foamed and re-covered, or re-covered only
  • Whether you will be using our fabric options or your own fabric
Once we receive this information, we will assess the item and, if we are able to assist, we will respond with a quote within 24–48 hours.
  • Do you use high density foam?
​All of our couches are manufactured using high-density foam, which is an industry term for foam designed to be durable, supportive, and long-lasting.
Within this category, there are multiple density and firmness options, and these are carefully selected depending on:
• The couch design
• The seating depth
• The intended comfort level
• The overall style of the piece
This means two couches can both be made with high-density foam but still feel completely different—one more firm and supportive, another softer and more relaxed.
  • Do you offer delivery?
Yes, we do offer delivery; however, this service is outsourced to a third-party delivery company.
Delivery fees are payable directly to the driver on delivery and are to be settled in cash.
Please note the following important conditions:
  • Delivery teams are not responsible for moving or removing old furniture
  • Items will only be delivered to areas where safe and reasonable access is available
  • Delivery teams cannot move items over balconies, walls, railings or into spaces where items do not fit
If an item cannot be delivered due to access or sizing issues:
  • The delivery fee will still be payable
  • The item will either be left at the premises or returned to the factory, in which case an additional fee will apply
For this reason, we strongly encourage clients to confirm measurements and access points prior to delivery. Our team is always happy to assist with sizing and planning in-store to help ensure a smooth delivery experience.
